DLI No. is the Designated Learning Institution number allotted to a college by IRCC. Any college or institute willing to offer the study to the international student requires this & without this permit, a college can not offer to take admission in that college.

PGWP is Post Graduation Work Permit. This allows the students to work and grab the Canadian work experience after the completion of their study in Canada. So, students who complete their studies with the college which come under the provision of PGWP can only avail this facility. So, Willing students must check this before they go for any college.
